QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership, preferably within professional services or the legal industry.
  • Proven expertise in marketing strategy, digital campaigns, and brand development.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems (GHL preferred), Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project-management skills.
  • A creative, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
  • Strategic Marketing Leadership
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to expand brand visibility and strengthen AP Lawyers’ market position.
  • Partner with the leadership team to align marketing activities with firm growth objectives.
  • Digital Presence & Website Management
  • Oversee the continuous development, optimization, and maintenance of the firm’s website to ensure it reflects our brand and generates client leads.
  • Ensure SEO and content strategies drive high visibility and engagement.
  • CRM & Data Management
  • Lead the effective use of our CRM (GHL) for client segmentation, lead tracking, and campaign automation.
  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and usefulness of data collected.
  • Analytics & Insights
  • Track and analyze marketing performance across campaigns, channels, and platforms.
  • Deliver actionable insights and regular reports to guide leadership in making informed business decisions.
  • Campaign Design & Optimization
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (PPC, social, email, events).
  • Optimize campaigns using data to maximize ROI, engagement, and lead conversions.
  • Client Engagement & Retention
  • Design and implement retention strategies that build trust, loyalty, and long-term client relationships.
  • Personalize communications to enhance client experiences.
  • Branding & Creative Oversight
  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all touchpoints, including graphics, collateral, and promotional materials.
  • Lead creative projects and support content development for digital platforms.
  • Market & Competitive Research
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Use insights to position AP Lawyers as a thought leader in family law.
