POSITION SUMMARY:

The Marketing Analytics team empowers the business with insights that drive customer growth and marketing efficiency. We support key decisions by interpreting performance data, building flexible reports, and identifying opportunities across channels and campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who is naturally curious, analytically inclined, and enjoys solving problems. While you don’t need deep technical expertise to start, you should be comfortable working with data, willing to ask questions, and ready to collaborate directly with business partners to help them make better, data-informed decisions.
We’re looking for a team member who brings strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and a desire to understand the “why” behind the numbers. Successful contributors enjoy learning, aren’t afraid to explore new topics, and can balance analytical work with effective communication.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelors Degree in Marketing/Research/Statistics/Economics
  • Experience: 2 years of analytical experience desired

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY:

  • Innate critical thinking: Question assumptions, connect dots, and identify patterns others may miss.
  • Attention to detail: Spot inconsistencies, validate numbers, and take pride in getting things right.
  • Intellectual curiosity: Like to understand how things work and seek better ways to solve problems.
  • Communication skills: Comfortable explaining data-driven ideas to technical and non-technical audiences at varying levels of the organization.
  • Proactive mindset: Take initiative and are not afraid to ask questions or raise ideas.
  • Collaborative spirit: Enjoy working with others and building trust with stakeholders.
  • Required: Competency in SQL, Excel
  • Preferred: Understand Marketing, Multi-channel Retail, and/or Customer behavior concepts and practices
  • Ideal: Exposure to Python (variety of applications), statistics, cloud-based data warehouses like Snowflake or Google BigQuery, CDPs

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Available for occasional travel as needed (research-based)
  • Willingness to learn structured approaches to data analysis and business storytelling.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Regularly performs computer work and sits.
  • Occasionally walks and stands.
  • Seldom/never lifts up to 50 lbs.

  • Partner with business and technical teams to improve data accuracy, consistency, and speed-to-insight.
  • Analyze data and translate findings into clear, concise readouts for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the planning and evaluation of marketing tests and customer lifecycle campaigns.
  • Help define and validate audiences used in segmentation and targeting.
  • Collaborate with channel owners to identify key performance indicators for new or evolving programs.
  • Apply strong judgment to audit data, flag inconsistencies, and refine metrics or methodologies.
  • Bring a mindset of continuous improvement to both tools and team processes.
