Position Overview:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data to assess campaign performance and identify trends and opportunities.
  • Create and deliver regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including ROI, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and sales performance.
  • Use data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau) to present insights and trends clearly and concisely.
  • Campaign Performance Tracking:
  • Monitor and track the performance of digital and offline marketing campaigns, including paid search, social media, email marketing, and more.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts and recommend improvements to reach performance goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other testing strategies to determine the most effective tactics and strategies for different marketing channels.
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry trends to help identify emerging opportunities or threats.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and preferences through surveys, focus groups, and social listening tools to inform marketing strategies.
  • Provide recommendations for target audience segmentation and messaging based on research findings.
  • Customer Insights & Segmentation:
  • Analyze customer demographics, purchasing patterns, and behavior to identify key segments.
  • Assist in developing customer personas and identifying high-value customer groups for tailored marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with customer needs and expectations.
  • Marketing Automation & Tools Management:
  • Utilize marketing automation platforms and CRM tools to track customer journeys, engagement, and behavior.
  • Manage and optimize digital tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot) to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Provide recommendations on new marketing tools and technologies to improve marketing efforts and insights.
  • Collaboration & Strategy Support:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., content, creative, sales, product) to understand marketing goals and business objectives.
  • Support the development of marketing strategies by providing data-driven recommendations and insights.
  • Assist in budget allocation decisions based on performance metrics and ROI analysis.
  • Forecasting & Budgeting:
  • Assist in the development of marketing forecasts and budgets based on historical data and predictive analytics.
  • Help track marketing spend and recommend budget adjustments based on campaign performance and trends.
