Description

We are seeking a Marketing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled at analyzing marketing data, identifying trends, and providing insights that support data-driven decision-making. He will play a key role in measuring campaign effectiveness, optimizing marketing strategies, and helping the organization better understand customer behavior and market opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, or related role.
  • Proficiency with Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, lookups).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot), and campaign tracking tools.
  • Familiarity with SQL or Python/R for data extraction and analysis (nice to have, not mandatory).
  • Experience building marketing reports and dashboards.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data across channels (digital, social, email, paid campaigns, CRM).
  • Track and report key marketing KPIs (e.g., ROI, conversion rates, engagement metrics).
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support campaign planning by providing insights on audience targeting and performance.
  • Build dashboards and reports for stakeholders using BI tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align data insights with business goals.
  • Monitor website and digital analytics using tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot/Marketo.
  • Provide recommendations to optimize campaigns, improve lead generation, and enhance customer experience.
