We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Analyst to join our growing Paid Social Team at Plus500 and lead performance-driven campaigns across top social platforms: YouTube, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and more. Who are we looking for? A strategic and performance-driven social media expert with a deep understanding of both data and creative. A proactive thinker who excels in making decisions based on performance metrics, experienced in full-funnel campaign ownership, and skilled at balancing growth targets with creative excellence. Familiarity with attribution models and social-first creative strategy is essential, including the ability to identify powerful creative hooks that stop the scroll and drive performance. Key Responsibilities Create, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc. Manage high-scale budgets and optimize campaigns to improve performance. Provide detailed reporting and analysis on campaign performance. Analyze market trends and financial activity and react accordingly. Reduce customer acquisition costs and improve campaign ROI Drive ongoing creative testing and partner with the studio team to develop high-performing assets. Translate data into clear insights that inform creative direction, media strategy, and campaign optimizations Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including organic social, Studio, and product Requirements 3+ years of experience in paid social media marketing, preferably in performance/growth environments B.Sc in Industrial Engineering or related quantitative field Proven track record of managing large budgets and driving measurable acquisition outcomes Expertise in platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (YouTube), TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc. Highly analytical – strong Excel/Google Sheets skills A strong understanding of creative strategy and what drives performance in social platforms
