Job Description: This role plays a key part in product marketing, driving positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies while partnering closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to support product launches and growth. It involves conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities. The role also plans and executes digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, and online platforms, while managing marketing tools to ensure optimal performance. In addition, the role supports data-driven decision-making by analyzing and reporting marketing data, ensuring accuracy, and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders. Responsibilities: Develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging to support market differentiation, and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer insights Collaborate with product teams to understand features and the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with marketing initiatives Compile and maintain standard reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to stakeholders Support sales teams through training, tools, and marketing collateral to improve sales effectiveness Create product marketing assets, including pitch decks, case studies, and brochures Work cross-functionally with product, sales, digital, and brand teams to support campaigns and initiatives Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels Plan and manage promotional campaigns, including social media and content marketing Manage marketing digital tools and CRM platforms to support campaign execution Track, analyze, and report campaign and product performance metrics to drive qualified traffic, increase engagement, and improve conversion rates Conduct external training, support issue resolution (fix requests), and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency, adoption, and marketing operations Requirements: Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Working proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word; knowledge of Access is an advantage) and SQL 1–2 years of relevant industry or role-related experience is an advantage.
