Join us in creating clarity and delivering results that matter. \n Accountabilities Design, implement, and read A/B tests in Email and Digital advertising channels. Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns across Email, SMS, Push, and Authenticated channels. Conduct audits of marketing data for accuracy, compliance, and consistency. Perform code reviews and identify efficiencies in marketing processes. Partner with channel owners to evaluate campaign results and provide actionable recommendations. Perform deep-dive analyses to resolve ad hoc performance issues. Standardize KPI definitions and reporting processes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; Master’s preferred. 3–5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or business intelligence. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R preferred. Experience building dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Ability to translate complex analytical results into clear business recommendations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
