This is a remote position. Responsibilities Manage and respond to customer inquiries across digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, email, phone, SMS) with a warm, professional tone. Confidently speak with clients over the phone to explain services, answer questions, and guide them through the booking process. Create high-quality visual content using Canva (social media posts, simple graphics, promotional materials, basic templates). Support lead generation digital marketing efforts Assist with general administrative and business tasks such as updating spreadsheets, managing client records, organizing files, and supporting daily operations. Book appointments and manage scheduling efficiently. Use pre-written scripts when needed, while also being able to adapt communication naturally based on client needs. Escalate complex concerns to leaders when necessary. Help maintain a consistent and positive online presence aligned with branding and marketing goals. Contribute ideas to improve customer experience, marketing content, and overall workflow. Requirements Excellent written and verbal English communication skills — must be confident speaking with clients by phone. Proven experience in customer service, marketing assistance, or a similar hybrid role. Strong proficiency in Canva (graphics, social content, simple branding tasks). Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision. Fast learner with the ability to understand and explain aesthetic treatments clearly. Comfortable working with scripts, templates, and structured processes when required. Scope & Schedule Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. UK time, with a 1-hour unpaid break. Manage all inbound and outbound client communications. Support marketing, lead generation, admin tasks, and daily operational needs. Use provided software and CRM tools to manage communication and maintain customer records. Play a key role in strengthening the company’s online presence, branding consistency, and customer experience.
