Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Admin Executive to join our team. This hybrid role combines marketing and administrative responsibilities, including the management and enhancement of our digital presence, coordination of local marketing initiatives, support of day-to-day administrative tasks, and oversight of event management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about engaging with customers both online and in-person.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ecommerce Administration: Upload and maintain new products across all categories on REDMILLSstore.ie and associated websites, ensuring product information is accurate, consistent, and up to date.
  • Local Marketing & Networking: Develop and coordinate above-the-line marketing efforts, including partnerships with local media groups and businesses to drive brand awareness and store footfall.
  • Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute onsite events across various categories including lifestyle, equine, pet, and agri, ensuring smooth operations and strong community engagement.
  • Social Media & Content Creation:
  • Implement organic social media content plans aligned with seasonal and category campaigns.
  • Publish engaging content across all social media platforms to position the store as a key destination within the local community.
  • Capture and create high-quality visual and written content that showcases the store’s offerings, events, and unique atmosphere.
  • Campaign Execution: Support Head of Marketing and the Store Marketing Manager by ensuring that store activities amplify the broader brand and campaign objectives and customer engagement goals.
  • Customer & Community Engagement: Build and foster relationships with local customers and partners to strengthen brand loyalty and enhance the store’s presence.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the store management and marketing teams, including scheduling, reporting, and coordinating supplier communications.
