JOB VACANCY: MARKETING AND ADMISSIONS SPECIALIST

Location: Sharjah, UAE
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Admissions Specialist to join our team, This role requires an individual who is passionate about education and has a proven track record in marketing and admissions within the educational sector.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, preferably within the education sector.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase the school’s visibility and attract prospective students.
• Oversee the admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for parents and students.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, website content, email newsletters, and online advertising.
• Organize and participate in school events, open houses, and community outreach initiatives.
• Collaborate with school leadership and staff to enhance the school’s brand and reputation.
• Track and analyze marketing performance and admissions metrics to optimize efforts and achieve enrollment targets.
