Puddle Ducks is one of the UK’s leading providers of baby and child swimming lessons, through a nation-wide network of franchises. We are looking for a part time Marketing and Brand Awareness Manager to work throughout the Doncaster and South Humberside territory. Your role will be to work autonomously within the entire territory to grow our audience and seek out new business opportunities. You will generate new leads for our customer care team to convert into customers.
To succeed as Marketing and Brand Awareness Manager, you will need to be a self-starter who is passionate about achieving results and making a difference. As they say ‘people buy people’, so your charismatic personality will be just as important as any proven sales experience, and you need to be organised to plan and prioritise your time to achieve results.
This is a part time, flexible role working approximately 10-15 hours per week (to be agreed)
The role is home-based, however you will be required regularly to carry out various talks, events & presentations as well as occasionally carrying out some duties from pools and at other venues such as team meetings, conferences or presentations. Some weekend or evening work will be required. As such the role offers a great deal of flexibility and autonomy, the candidate will be expected to be proactive and develop this role.
DELIVERABLES
· Annual local marketing plan produced and shared with franchisee
· Weekly social media schedule
· Evaluation of activities shared with Franchisee & team as appropriate
· Regular coverage in local media to demonstrate good relationships
· Library of suitable ads & materials available, in line with National Marketing guidelines
· Plans regularly updated and amended to take into account ad hoc targets & gap fill activity
· Plans for new pools prepared and executed.
