About the opportunity

We're looking for a Marketing and Brand Coordinator to join OCA and help bring our brand, campaigns and communications to life.

Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, and working closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist and PR & Communications Specialist, you'll support the delivery of OCA's marketing and communications activity across brand, content, digital channels, campaigns and internal stakeholder requests. You'll help ensure our communications are clear, engaging, accessible and consistent, while supporting campaigns and content that build awareness and engagement with OCA's work.

Key responsibilities

In this varied, hands-on role, you'll create and coordinate content across OCA's website, eDMs, social media, newsletters, print and campaign materials, while helping maintain a consistent and engaging brand across all channels. You'll support content planning and campaigns, update digital content, coordinate marketing activity for events and work with external suppliers when needed. You'll also work closely with teams across OCA to understand their marketing needs, develop clear content and creative briefs, and coordinate feedback and approvals to keep projects moving.

About you

You'll have some experience in marketing, communications, brand or content, whether through employment, study, internships or freelance work. You'll be a confident writer and communicator with a good eye for detail, some familiarity with digital marketing tools and an ability to juggle multiple activities, stakeholders and deadlines. Most importantly, you'll be collaborative, curious and willing to learn, with the initiative and adaptability to work effectively in a small, purpose-driven organisation.

Role details

Location - Queen Victoria Women's Centre, Level 1, 210 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne, with hybrid working options available

Employment – part time (0.8 FTE), ongoing
