Description

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing and Brand Executive with a background in architecture or the built environment to drive growth and brand visibility for our firm. This role bridges creative strategy and client engagement, requiring someone who understands architectural services and can effectively communicate value to prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has experience in both business development and marketing strategy within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry, and brings strong communication, relationship-building, and content development skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or marketing roles within the architecture, real estate, or design industry.
  • Strong understanding of architectural terminology, project cycles, and client needs.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and develop long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities
