Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Marketing and Business Development Assistant. This role presents an exciting opportunity to support our business growth initiatives while contributing to dynamic marketing campaigns designed to enhance brand awareness, engage customers, and promote our products and services.
Duties
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised solutions for clients
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets
- Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics
Requirements
At least 2 years as business development officer/consultant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (preferred)
