ABOUT THE ROLE

This is not a traditional marketing role. It blends creativity with strategy, and digital outreach with human connection. You’ll be responsible for helping Griffin Healthcare Advisors tell our story, reach new audiences, and generate meaningful conversations that convert into long-term clients.
We’re seeking someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and creative—a self-starter with a positive mindset who thrives in a small-team environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Content & Digital Marketing:
  • Oversee social media strategy and execution (LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms).
  • Write blog posts, articles, and website content that showcase our expertise.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase our online visibility.
  • Lead the creation of industry surveys, reports, and thought leadership content.
  • Client Outreach & Business Development:
  • Support direct outreach campaigns to potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Assist in managing our email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and drip sequences.
  • Research prospective clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Track and manage leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and relationship-building.
  • Marketing Strategy & Growth:
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine our marketing and sales strategies.
  • Analyze marketing performance and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Contribute new ideas to grow our brand and expand our reach.
