QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Proven experience in a growth-focused business in a sales, BD or Marketing role
Able to work with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority and support them (with central marketing team) to develop ideas and campaigns
Organized and structured approach to running campaigns
Excellent interpersonal skills across all methods of communication
Comfortable producing copy for a variety of mediums
Experience of professional services desirable

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This role sits within our marketing and sales team and is responsible for delivering marketing plans and across two areas: building our local brand presence and speaking to qualified prospects within Oxford and acquiring new clients for the whole Gravita group.
This is an exciting role for an independent person looking for a generalist role to deepen and develop broad marketing and sales experience.
