CANDIDATE OVERVIEW

We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a broad Marketing and BD position, looking after areas such as events, marketing collateral, sponsorships/conference participation or social media.
  • Proven creative content writer, being able to deliver content that engages appropriate audiences across a range of mediums.
  • Able to work closely with senior stakeholders, building strong relationships and acting as an ambassador for the BD group.
  • An analytical skillset, able to evidence trends and return on investment of Marketing and BD activities.

Evidence of a curious, problem-solving mindset – able to give examples where you have tried new methods or technologies and moved processes forward.

We are recruiting a Marketing and Business Development Executive to support the Head of Business Development in the delivery of a range of marketing and business development initiatives that will build our reputation in our core UK market for both national and international work and elevate our “City” brand.
This role will be involved in our flagship campaigns and initiatives that are at the forefront of our business and will work closely with senior stakeholders including board level Partners and Executives.
This role can be based out of any of our UK offices and our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however as an inclusive employer, we are willing to consider any flexible working requests.
