POSITION PURPOSE
The Marketing and Business Development Manager is responsible for pursuing business development opportunities inside and outside of the existing fence lines, assisting in developing greenfield and brownfield projects, negotiating tank leases, servicing existing accounts, identifying/developing potential new business opportunities, and recruiting new customers. Develop and maintain positive client relationships to ensure maximum client satisfaction, advance the marketing goals of the terminal by facilitating day-to-day customer communication, oversee/manage contract negotiations and administration, pursue revenue opportunities within the region, and manage the development of key accounts.
