Job Description The Marketing Communication Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing all marketing communication strategies to enhance the hotel’s brand image, visibility, and market positioning. This role oversees both online and offline marketing activities to support room revenue, F&B outlets, events, and overall hotel promotions. The position ensures brand consistency in accordance with corporate and brand standards, manages media relations, digital platforms, social media, advertising, and promotional materials, and collaborates closely with Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams to deliver effective communication campaigns. The Marketing Communication Manager also supervises creative content, monitors marketing performance, manages budgets, and coordinates with external vendors, agencies, and media partners to maximize exposure and return on investment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Marketing Communication, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry Strong knowledge of hotel branding, digital marketing, social media management, and content creation Proven experience in handling media relations, advertising, promotions, and marketing campaigns Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (additional languages are an advantage) Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Proficient in marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic design or content management systems Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor campaign performance and ROI Good budgeting, negotiation, and vendor management skills Additional Information Diversity & Inclusion for Accor means welcoming each and everyone and respecting their differences by giving priority only to qualities and skills in extending employment and development opportunities.
