Responsibilities

The key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Assist the Manager Communication and Marketing with content creation, event promotion, and administrative tasks to support the marketing function’s role in achieving CS#1’s strategic and operational goals.
  • Support the production of marketing materials that effectively deliver CS#1’s messages to the public and the media.
  • Promote and support CS#1 events by assisting with the planning, and overseeing the delivery of activities. This may include event attendance, assisting with photographic documentation, and providing guidance to event volunteers within the context of the event.
  • Draft content for emails, media releases and other marketing related documents whilst ensuring brand guidelines are followed.
  • Maintain accurate records, including photo and media documentation libraries, whilst adhering to ethical privacy and confidentiality principles.
