Condover College Ltd is a small and independent specialist college and residential care provider in the heart of Shropshire.

Do you have a passion for purposeful content and creating marketing material that has the ability to change lives? We are looking for a creative and organised Marketing and Communications Assistant to join our college marketing team.
You will play a vital role in delivering engaging marketing locally and nationally, supporting open days, recruitment, events, and celebrating student achievement.
This role is 52 weeks per year and can be full or part time.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To promote the mission, vision and values of CCL throughout all marketing material.
• Assist with promotional merchandise and marketing literature stock.
• To attend exhibitions and events for student admissions purposes and actively seek out events to attend along with staff recruitment as required.
• Support the production of social media posts.
• Support with organising CCL event’s, including open days, celebrations etc.
• Support with internal and external publicity, to promote internal projects and raise the Profile of the organisation.
• Assist with admissions enquiries and generating additional enquiries.
• Assist with admissions administration as required in liaising with students and parents.
• Updating and populating enquiry databases.
• To carry out any other duties compatible with the position.
• To support with the company’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement with followers.
• Conduct market research to identify trends to inform marketing strategies.
• Create and edit content for the company’s website using WordPress, ensuring it is optimised for search engines.
