An exciting opportunity has opened with our Commercial team, for a Marking and Communications Coordinator based in Darwin. The Marketing & Communications Coordinator supports the Marketing Department in growing Airnorth’s customer base and promoting the brand in a positive, cost-effective manner in line with company policies. This position is responsible for managing key relationships, delivering engaging campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, and enhancing Airnorth’s visibility through strategic communication, tourism partnerships, paid media, and brand storytelling. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Campaign Development & Coordination Plan, brief, and implement integrated campaigns across traditional and digital channels Collaborate with internal design and commercial team to align marketing efforts Manage supplier relationships, sponsorship activation, and media placements Support tourism and promotional partnership initiatives Digital Marketing & Content Manage and optimise paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram) Conduct A/B testing, CRO activities, and ongoing optimisation of digital touchpoints Monitor and report on campaign analytics; recommend improvements Maintain and update company website and SharePoint commercial site Develop and distribute EDMs and subscriber communications Communications & PR Write and edit copy for internal and external content including press releases, e-newsletters, sponsorship material, and tender document Coordinate internal communications on behalf of the Marketing Department Support the organisation and promotion of events, functions, and launches Administrative Support Maintain and monitor the marketing calendar Oversee sponsorship tracking and reporting, including booking travel Coordinate marketing invoicing and finance paperwork Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and strategic timelines EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 2+ years’ experience in marketing, digital media, communications, or PR Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) Strong copywriting and content development skills Data analysis and digital reporting experience (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; WordPress knowledge preferred Strategic thinker with fresh and innovative ideas Able to work with a sense of urgency, whilst balancing a commitment quality The ability to work effectively within a busy marketing environment whilst maintaining attention to detail.. Experience supporting the development, implementation, and optimisation of multi-channel marketing campaigns. Experience writing briefs, providing feedback on artwork, and coordinating production and submission of marketing material.
