The Marketing/Communications Coordinator role supports our communities with public relations and marketing content, as well as associate communications and employer branding. Ideal candidates are adaptable, self-motivated and see this role as an opportunity to support the inner workings of a growing company while learning about marketing and communications strategies and processes. The role is based out of our Home Office in Braintree, MA, with some travel required throughout the Northeast. Public Relations and Marketing Content Support: * Find stories and PR opportunities at SLR communities and for SLR in general, strategizing creative ways to tell these stories * Assist with maintaining and updating SLR website, Community microsites, AgeRight Blog, Social Media Properties, and online directories * Edit and proof written and digital communications * Assist in the development and maintenance of tools to help onsite sales teams with outreach Associate Communication and Employer Branding: * Support ongoing Associate Communications projects including, but not limited to newsletters, text alerts, events, professional development opportunities, benefits and perks * Assist Marketing and Human Resources Departments with monitoring online employee reviews, writing/publishing content to employer job boards and strategically planning PAY & BENEFITS: Annual salary starting at $50K Our comprehensive standard benefits program starts on the day of hire and includes paid time off, holiday pay, health through Blue Cross Blue Shield, dental, and vision insurance, disability coverage, complimentary life insurance and a pre-tax retirement savings plan with a company match.
