Reporting to the Head of Marketing
We’re looking for a creative, organised, and ambitious Marketing & Communications Executive to join the team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with people, and is eager to make an impact across events, digital platforms, and community engagement.

• Supporting the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with the planning and delivery of marketing initiatives.
• Working closely with Events, Hospitality, and Tenants to promote activities across the estate.
• Managing third-party suppliers and contractors to deliver high-quality campaigns.
• Assisting with budgeting and reviewing marketing spend.
• Developing and refining an engaging social media strategy that connects with diverse audiences.
• Building strong relationships with local media and journalists to boost visibility.
• Keeping the website fresh and up to date with relevant content.
