Knights Fine Jewellery and Knights Bullion, a long established family run business, have gained a considerable reputation as one of Stratford upon Avon’s most reputable jewellers and specialists in pre-owned luxury Rolex watches as well as one of the UK’s most respected Gold Bullion and precious metal merchants, having secured affiliations with The Royal Mint and the respected Swiss refiner, Metalor.
We are seeking a Marketing and Communications Executive to support the business in delivering key campaigns and projects across our various on and off line channels. This is an exciting role, with the potential for the right candidate to add real value to how we promote and communicate with our clients, agencies and stakeholders. You will be assisting us to deliver our networking calendar, print and digital communications strategy and our annual marketing plan whilst embodying and promoting our values.
The successful candidate will be skilled in delivering marketing and on and off line communications (including CRM and Social Media), creating content and analysing key communications analytics. You will need to be passionate and skilled in creating content that engages with diverse audiences on a range of topics.
This is a varied role with no two days the same and we are looking for someone to take the business to the next stage in terms of reaching wider audiences both face to face and through digital channels.
· Create integrated marketing campaigns spanning digital, social, print and PR to raise brand awareness and drive footfall/telephone calls/online traffic/brand profile.
· Oversee/Manage social media channels, producing engaging copy and visuals working with external agencies where appropriate.
· Plan and execute seasonal promotions, events, and in‑store visual merchandising, advertising and development of presentation packs which can be both in print and e-digitally.
· Oversee/update website content and e‑commerce listings; co-ordinate email newsletters and blog posts and e-shots using Brevo.
· Collaborate with external agencies (graphic design, web developer, print, digital).
· Gather customer feedback and insights and respond accordingly.
· Segment and manage database to support customer profiling, personalised marketing and email marketing.
· Organise and manage participation in key events including networking events, trade shows, pop‑up events, liaising with external suppliers and clients to ensure success.
· Plan in‑store/off site buying and selling and bullion investment events to attract and retain customers.
· Manage marketing budget and spend, monitoring return on investment (ROI) and adjusting tactics accordingly.
· Produce performance reports covering sales channels, campaign effectiveness and market trends and hold regular marketing update meetings.
· Identify and attend local networking groups, trade shows and community forums to elevate brand visibility.
· Build personal product and market knowledge of global & national bullion markets specifically brokerage and the OTC (over the counter/retail) market.
· Develop product & market knowledge up to the point of brokerage for encounters with prospective clients.

Pay: £35,000.00 per year
