Produal is looking for a growth-driven Marketing and Communications Manager to take full ownership of brand, marketing, and demand generation. In this role, you will design and execute scalable marketing strategies, lead the marketing roadmap and team, and collaborate closely with sales to drive Produal’s growth and strategic initiatives that directly support market expansion. You drive strategic initiatives with bold change management, fuelling organisational growth and operational excellence. You turn insights into action, amplify brand authority, generate high-quality leads, and seamlessly align marketing with sales to supercharge business growth. Your expertise delivers tangible results. Roles and responsibilities: Growth-Driven Marketing Strategy Own and execute high-impact marketing strategies and plans that drive business growth, support product launches, strengthen brand positioning, and accelerate market expansion. End-to-End Marketing Leadership Plan, launch, and optimise integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms (SEO/SEM, email, social media) and plan, execute and measure impact of various marketing activities to maximise reach and conversion. Market Intelligence & Opportunity Identification Stay ahead of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity—turning insights into actionable opportunities that fuel growth and differentiation. Coordinate execution, analysis and follow-up of customer loyalty surveys. Team & Partner Leadership Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing marketing team while coordinating marketing activities in local sales offices, external agencies and partners to deliver consistent, high-quality execution. Budget Ownership & ROI Optimisation Take full control of the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation, performance tracking, and measurable return on investment. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven Marketing Experience At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a results-driven marketing role, with a strong track record in planning, executing, and optimising impactful marketing strategies and roadmaps. Proven ability to drive change and transformation across cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact. Strong capability to communicate effectively with engineers and other technical stakeholders (“speaks engineer”). Experience in HVAC or other technical sales environments is considered an advantage. Relevant Academic Background Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, combined with a solid understanding of commercial marketing. Demonstrated organizational change expertise, enabling seamless adoption of new processes and technologies. Marketing Technology & Analytics Expertise Strong proficiency in modern marketing tools and platforms, such as HubSpot or Salesforce, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, and social media management platforms. You are comfortable using data to guide decisions and prove impact. Leadership & Collaboration Skills Confident leadership style with curious and joyful communications skills, solid project management, and creative problem-solving. You know how to inspire teams, align stakeholders, and drive initiatives forward.
