Fluent in Arabic and English Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Marketo) Experience in agency management and budget allocation Demonstrated collaboration skills with sales and cross-functional teams Strategic thinker with exceptional content strategy capabilities Experience planning and managing events from concept to execution What you will do: Lead and execute Account-Based Marketing initiatives for key accounts, including planning, managing, executing, and following up on campaigns along the customer journey; drive lead generation and measure activation success for continuous optimization Develop customer strategies based on market and competitor insights; participate in sales planning to share marketing insights and support brand or portfolio positioning; adapt content for local needs within CU KSA Plan and deliver customer-specific events, workshops, and activities aligned with global campaign activations; build strong relationships with customers to engage early in the sales journey and create demand Drive internal communications to engage and align employees; manage external communications to enhance brand visibility and reputation; handle media relations, thought leadership, and executive profiling Support major announcements, launches, and events with clear messaging and communication plans; ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials; measure and optimize communications impact, media coverage, and share of voice The chance to use your skills and imagination to push the boundaries of what´s possible.
