Primary Accountability
Description of Primary Responsibilities

  1. Provides management to departmental staff.
  • Responsible for performance management of assigned supervisors, and those supervisors’ assigned staff, including recognition, performance evaluations, formal coaching and counseling, and making decisions or recommendations regarding necessary disciplinary actions.
  • Responsible for making recommendations regarding hiring or firing, and the advancement and promotion of assigned supervisors, and those supervisors’ assigned staff, or any other change status of assigned supervisors, and those supervisors’ assigned staff.
  • Demonstrates core leadership behaviors and team one approach.
  • Creates a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Develops and manages an action plan across assigned employee base to support the strategic direction and obtainment of goals of the organization, effectively leading change when necessary.
  • Empowers staff through effective communication and talent building.
  • Delegates appropriate departmental duties and responsibilities to assigned team members while ensuring department performance.
  • Assists with the development of the departmental budget and monitors budget to ensure expenses do not exceed budget.
  • Ensures regulatory compliance for assigned departments, and compliance with all workflows, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensures department employees receive instruction/training that is in compliance with training plan, including on the job training to develop department employees and supervisor. Works with supervisor to ensure necessary remediation is taken.
  • Recommends workflow, policy, and procedure changes based on observations from performance metrics, outcomes, and feedback from supervisor.
  • Ensures department maintains compliance with all employee related reporting and tracking.
  1. Responsible for developing, managing and coordinating marketing, advertising, design, and communications plans and programs.
  • Manages various marketing-related projects that promote the FHCN (Family HealthCare Network) brand and programs.
  • Manages various internal and external events that promote the FHCN brand and programs.
  • Manages various public relations and communications strategies that promote the FHCN brand and programs.
  • Plans and manages advertising and promotional activities, including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
  • Responsible for the design, layout, printing, and distribution of FHCN brochures, flyers, press kits, annual reports, newsletters, and social media materials.
  • Conducts market research, including analyzing patient and community-wide surveys.
  • Prepares marketing activity reports.
  • Maintains inventory of photo work, artwork, and film, marketing and communications materials, and archive and sample files.
  • Develops tangible, strategic solutions to meet marketing challenges.
  • Manages the development of video features for the Network.
  • Manages photo shoots for print, website photography, and special events.
  • Manages the online and print production/fulfillment of all collateral materials.
  • Manages the completion of newsletters, collateral materials, digital, social media.
  1. Conducts in-depth research on the latest technology to enhance marketing and public relations strategies.
  • Evaluate and recommend AI solutions to enhance audience targeting, content optimization, and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven strategies and initiatives in marketing and public relations efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in AI marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of technological implementations and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  1. Serves as marketing and communications liaison between FHCN and outside agencies.
  • Communicates marketing subjects with community members, business partners, staff, and patients.
  • Identifies and facilitates opportunities for the Network to local and regional media outlets.
  • Provides communications advice to staff, including crafting relevant messages.
  • Assist staff with specific marketing requests.
  1. Serves as a marketing, communications, and events liaison with and for internal staff.
  • Develops internal marketing material to raise awareness of FHCN programs and services.
  • Develops internal materials to promote the benefits of FHCN programs to its employees.
  1. Assists with developing the marketing budgets.
  • Monitors expenses.
  • Monitors timely payments of invoices
  1. Coordinates FHCN’s media presence.
  • Coordinates with cross-functional departments, programs, and facilitates promotion of advertising with media for daily activities and special events.
  • Issues press releases as directed to promote the company’s market position, services, and major projects.
  • Publishes and monitors content for correctness and ADA regulations on the company website, digital, and social media platforms.

    Description of Primary Attributes

Professional & Technical Knowledge:

  • Possesses specific advanced knowledge and skills, including written and verbal communication skills, computational, computer and technical skills, and mathematical knowledge frequently acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree program with a recognized major or comparable experience, and;
  • Performance of job duties and responsibilities requires the equivalent of formal training in business, usually in the form of a major in Public Relations, English, Marketing or Communications.
  • A Minimum of four (4) years of leadership experience or five (5) years of progressively greater responsibility or significant contributions to projects and initiatives that demonstrate leadership skills.
  • Requires strong copywriting experience.
  • Job duties require a deep understanding of the trade/profession sufficient to effectively train or instruct others, or to serve as a resource to employees.

Technical Skills:

  • Ability to prepare more complex documents in Microsoft Word, including creating tables, charts, graphs and other elements.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel to analyze data, including the use of formulas, functions, lookup tables and other standard spreadsheet elements.
  • Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite to prepare and correct collateral material.
  • Ability to develop sophisticated presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint, including the use of embedded objects, transitions and other elements.

Licenses & Certifications: None required.

Communications Skills:

  • Job duties require the employee to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, their opinions and extrapolations of information they collect and synthesize/analyze.
  • Responsible for the resolution of conflicts that may arise because of disagreements between employees, between employees and customers/clients, or with the public, other legal entities or governmental authorities.
  • Compiles, analyzes and prepares information in an effective written form, including correspondence, reports, articles or other documentation.

Pay Scale:
Min Salary Rate: $71,552.23
Max Salary Rate: $114,483.5
