MEMBERSHIP EXPERIENCE & ENAGEMENT:

  • Assist with prospective member tours, events, and early-stage engagement touchpoints
  • Maintain prospective member files, checklists, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Assemble and organize necessary files and folders
  • Track prospect and applicant data in the CRM; support reporting, notes, and communication logs
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Marketing & Membership in all membership-related tasks
  • Ensure consistency in member messaging and welcome experience across platforms and touchpoints
  • Effectively responds to member comments in accordance with club standards, policies and rules; uses ideas, feedback and suggestions to continuously improve member services
  • Assist Committee Chairs with printing, copying, scheduling
  • Assist with club events by greeting guests and checking them in as needed
  • Attend management and staff meetings in the absence of the Director or Membership & Marketing
  • Participates in professional development opportunities
  • Completes other appropriate assignments as instructed by the Director of Membership and Marketing

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 3+ years relevant work experience in private clubs or hospitality
  • Strong working knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Experience with website and mobile app maintenance
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe, Microsoft office, Outlook, and CRM
  • Exceptional creativity and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet established guidelines and deadlines
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of this role is to enhance member engagement and satisfaction by developing and executing high-quality internal and external communications, marketing materials, and digital content for the Club. This position serves as the primary creative and strategic resource for all member-facing communications, managing the Club’s website, social media, email newsletters, digital signage, and print collateral. Additionally, the role supports front-of-house operations as a concierge, ensuring exceptional member service and maintaining a welcoming environment. Through effective collaboration with all departments and proactive communication strategies, this role ensures that Club events, services, and initiatives are promoted and executed in a manner that reflects the Club’s brand and commitment to excellence.

CONCIERGE DUTIES:

  • Provide leadership and backup support to the Concierge/Front Desk team as needed
  • Ensure service standards at the front desk reflect the Club’s values of care, respect, and excellence
  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and brand consistency in public-facing areas and communication touchpoints
  • Proactively greet everyone who calls or enters the property in a pleasant, outgoing and professional manner.
  • Provide extra assistance (onboarding) to new members regarding rules, reservations, introductions, recommendations
  • Answer all phone calls, respond to voicemail messages and email
  • Supports team with courier options (Federal Express, USPS, etc)
  • Review the Club website daily, update inserts, review & update calendar items
  • Facilitate online carryout food + wine sales
  • Complete reservations for Members for dining and special events
  • Process event billing
  • Assist in creating, posting, and placing special event menu collateral (flyers, labels, signs, etc.)
