You’ll steward our brands, run multi-channel campaigns, and co-own the marketing budget with the Director to achieve measurable results.

  • 5+ years progressive marketing experience (experience in real estate is an asset but not required).
  • Proven record leading integrated campaigns that drive desired outcomes.
  • Strategic thinker and creative problem-solver with excellent writing and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency with WordPress – for day-to-day updates, page builds, plugin/theme management, and basic troubleshooting – is an asset.
  • HubSpot or proficiency in other CRM systems is a significant asset.
  • Strong, high-level grasp of the full digital ecosystem—SEO/SEM, paid social, display, programmatic, email/CRM—and the analytical know-how (GA4 or similar) to translate results into smarter strategy. Confident briefing designers; Canva/Adobe Suite skills an asset.

  • Collaborative, creative, and proactive communicator who builds trust with leasing, development, property management, executives, vendors, and community partners.
Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Support the Director in building annual/semi-annual marketing plans tied to lease-up, occupancy, community, and brand goals.
  • Integrated Campaigns: Lead end-to-end campaigns for commercial leasing, residential rentals, and launches (positioning, messaging, briefs, media mix, timelines).
  • Website Management: Fully own our corporate, Landmark District, and project websites. Manage day-to-day updates, new page builds, UX/content enhancements, routine maintenance, and vendor coordination to ensure fast, secure, and on-brand web experiences that capture and convert leads.
  • Digital & Performance: Lead digital strategy in partnership with our digital marketing agency. Set strategy and briefs; vet media plans and channel mix (SEO/SEM, search/social/display). Approve creative and copy in collaboration with the Director, direct optimization, and hold the agency to outcomes and budgets.
  • Social & Content: Manage our social media agency. Set content pillars and calendars; vet platform strategies, community management approach, and creator/UGC use. Approve posts and campaigns in collaboration with the Director, ensure brand voice and visuals are consistent, and direct iteration based on performance.
  • Email/CRM: Build and maintain nurture journeys, automations, and segmented lists for prospects and tenants. Leverage HubSpot to send branded newsletters, tenant updates, and storytelling content that strengthens community and boosts retention and conversion.
  • Brand & PR: Guard brand standards across all touchpoints. Draft/review press materials; support media outreach, speaking opportunities, awards, and thought leadership.
  • Events & Activations: Own the planning and delivery of tenant/resident activations, broker events, the Landmark After Hours series, grand openings, pop-ups, and other on-site experiences that build community and drive leasing.
  • Leasing Enablement: Equip teams with current collateral (one-pagers, plan sets, brochures, signage, virtual tours, email templates). Coordinate broker/realtor outreach and promotions.
