Description:

Regent’s Park Healthcare (RPH) is a healthcare group , focused on delivering world-class standards of healthcare and making societal impact specializing in the management and treatment of cardiovascular conditions. The company is headquartered in Salisbury, Wiltshire and provides healthcare services across the United Kingdom with dedicated heart clinics in Cambridge, Bournemouth, Poole and Plymouth.
The postholder will be primarily responsible for creating and delivering marketing communications plans for projects across the organisation, managing newsletters, writing marketing copy, identifying content for and scheduling social media messages, and creating content for our website, including new approaches to digital publishing.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing and communications and is currently looking to build their experience and expertise in a high profile national organisation. The role is busy and varied and the successful candidate will get wide-ranging experience working across a number of key marketing and communications activities working closely with senior executives to raise the profile of the company nationally. You will also be supported to develop your expertise through training and ongoing support and development.

Experience:

Responsibilities:

· Support the development and delivery of marketing and communication plans to promote our reports, events and other products to our target audiences.
· Work closely with teams across the organisation to commission, develop and edit content for our communications channels including the website, social media and newsletters.
· Lead on information bulletins that go to our staff & partners, provide training and offer support and expertise to colleagues, advising on style, branding, content and analytics.
· Support on all aspects of the production of digital and print publications, ensuring company branding and style guidelines are effectively deployed.
· Liaise with colleagues to develop, edit and quality control content for the website and advise on appropriate locations for new pages and products.
· Work closely with the Executive Management Team and teams across the organisation to keep website content relevant and up to date.
· Develop and maintain an image library for use across the website, social media channels and publications.
· Work closely with the Executive Management Team to plan and schedule content for the corporate social media accounts, ensuring regular content and consistent messaging.
· Plan and deliver social media campaigns for specific projects and products.
· Coordinate marketing activity across all channels for events programmes.
· Coordinate content and production for onsite materials and branding for key events.
· Support with reviewing and updating member marketing data in the customer relationship management system.
· Collect a range of performance indicators that will enable us to monitor and evaluate the impact of our communications activities.
· Review the use of new and emerging technology that can be used to strengthen company digital communication strategies.
Support the Executive Management Team with ad hoc administrative duties as required

Pay: £27,325.00-£29,987.00 per year
