We are working with Ireland’s national sustainable energy authority on their search for Marketing and Communications – Programme Executive to join their team in Cork.
The successful candidate will join the Digital Marketing Team that sits within the Marketing and Communications Department. The Marketing team provides responsive, creative, and effective communications across all online channels to help the organisation reach their business objectives.
This position will play a key role in the Communications Department. As Marketing and Communications Programme Executive, you will be responsible for developing, planning, executing, and managing marketing and communications activities, to help achieve business objectives.
This role is intitially offered on a 18-month fixed term contract.

REQUIREMENTS

Essential Criteria

• A degree (a minimum of NFQ Level 7 or greater) in Marketing, Business, or other relevant discipline.
• Minimum three years’ directly relevant experience working in a comparable marketing and/or communications function.
• Highly competent in all aspects of the full marketing communications mix.
• Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team, building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and ability to represent the organisation in a public forum.
• Well-developed IT skills.

Desirable Criteria

• Proficient in written / spoken Irish language.
• Knowledge / experience of working in the public sector
• General knowledge of sustainable energy and the renewable energy sector.
