THE ROLE
NRL is seeking an experienced Marketing and Communications Specialist to join the Customer Engagement team on a full-time, ongoing basis.
The role will coordinate NRL's marketing communications, including social media channels and the website, and continually improve communications in line with NRL's brand strategy.
Key responsibilities include developing and managing content across NRL's digital channels, supporting marketing activities and campaigns, events, managing social media communities, and developing marketing collateral. The role will also support internal stakeholders with marketing communications and branding requirements, while providing customer engagement support through phone, email and other communications, including CRM and order entry activities.
