The Marketing & Content Coordinator will play a vital role in executing the marketing strategy and digital presence for Masterworks Live. This position focuses on driving ticket sales and brand awareness for a diverse roster of live tours, family entertainment, and immersive experiences. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media channels, and providing administrative support to ensure the seamless delivery of national marketing campaigns. The role works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns and promotional activity are delivered on time and aligned with overall marketing objectives. NOTE: This is a Maximum Term contract position until 31 March 2027. What you'll do: Marketing & Campaign Project Management • Develop and manage marketing campaign calendars, timelines, itineraries and run sheets for Preview Nights and Hype Week marketing activity. • Maintain campaign status tracking and coordinate internal approvals to ensure marketing deliverables progress efficiently. • Ensure marketing requirements are captured early across campaigns, including channel plans, formats, asset cutdowns and production deadlines. • Identify potential risks early and consolidate marketing requests to minimise ad-hoc urgencies. • Coordinate complimentary ticket allocations for influencers, media and promotional partners, and track usage. • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure marketing deadlines and deliverables are met, including: · Influencers and talent (including legal contracts) · POV content production · Radio promotions and competitions · Glossy video shoots · Graphic design · Finance coordination including purchase orders and invoicing · Final approvals and sign-off • Execute marketing contra agreements with partners and ensure agreed promotional deliverables are fulfilled by all parties. • Assist with the preparation of PCR presentations and marketing campaign reporting. Creative & Content Coordination • Support copywriting across marketing campaigns including eDMs, social media, website content and partner promotions. • Coordinate the production of marketing and campaign content across internal and external creative partners. • Film and edit short-form content for digital advertising and organic social media when required. • Manage minor creative adjustments including resizing assets and adapting marketing materials (e.g. assets using Canva). • Assist with sourcing and coordinating photographers, videographers and other creative vendors for marketing shoots where required including organising contracts via Sony legal. Social Media & Community Management • Manage organic social media accounts across events, including scheduling, posting and maintaining content calendars. • Monitor, respond to and engage with audiences across social media channels to support community management. • Assist with amplification of content through social media boosting and coordination with marketing agencies. • Utilise the CreatorCore dashboard to identify high-performing content and support decisions on paid amplification. Who you are: • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • Previous experience in a marketing or content creation role, preferably within the music, arts, or live entertainment industry. • Strong proficiency in social media management tools and a deep understanding of current digital trends. • Basic design skills using tools such as Canva or the Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on video editing for Reels and TikTok. • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to tailor tone and style to different Artists and audiences. • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. • A passion for live entertainment and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a fast-paced environment.
