Campaign Coordination:
- Development or maintain and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
- Coordinate timelines, tasks, and resources to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Monitor analytics and adjust campaigns when required.
Branding and Value Proposition:
- Manage content calendars for digital platforms, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice.
- Analyze brand position and consumer insights to deliver innovative marketing campaigns.
- Lead creative development to motivate target audience to “take action”.
Content Creation and Management:
- Create and update marketing material, design coordination, and content editing.
- Design branded template material for sales for presentations and pricing campaigns (i.e. Panda Doc)
Event Planning and Execution:
- Research conferences and trade events (domestically and internationally).
- Coordinate logistics for events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Coordinate all marketing material for event including 3D models of products, banners, and both content.
- Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Social Media Management:
- Assist in managing and growing social media channels, LinkedIn Followers
- Create, manage and schedule all corporate social media posts including monitoring engagement, monthly blogs, newsletter as well as arranging targeted campaigns and analyzing performance metrics.
Website Design and Enhancements:
- Responsible for the design, layout, visual elements and usability of the website
- Create mock-ups for web pages and applications.
- Design layouts for mobile, tablet and desktop devices
New Market and Customer Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and consumer preferences.
- Research new geographic markets (internationally) and identify overlapping customers and regions between the subsidiaries.
- Summarize findings to support decision-making and strategy development.
- Monitor online tools (i.e ZoomInfo) for lead generation, generating new marketing material and targeting specific companies.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing and branding initiatives and campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and present insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an asset
- Experience as a graphic designer or related field
- Proficiency in required desktop tools (i.e. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Design custom WordPress themes
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience with marketing software/tools and digital platforms is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
