QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Constant Contact) and familiarity with segmentation and analytics.
  • Basic knowledge of website content management systems (CMS) and SEO principles (preferred).
  • Graphic design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative approach to content creation.

JOB PURPOSE

The Marketing and Content Creation Specialist will elevate our marketing efforts across retail, wholesale, and manufacturing operations. This role is essential in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales through high-quality, visually appealing content. The ideal candidate will be skilled in website and social media management, content creation, and SEO best practices, and will work closely with our product development team to design product packaging that reflects our commitment to quality.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Social Media Management:
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with our brand and engages our audience.
  • Create, schedule, and monitor posts across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and analyze social media metrics to refine strategies.
  • Event Planning:
  • Plan and coordinate in-store and community events that promote our brand, products, and seasonal offerings.
  • Develop event marketing materials, communicate with vendors, and manage event logistics.
  • Evaluate the success of events and gather feedback for future improvements.
  • Email Marketing:
  • Design and manage email marketing campaigns to communicate promotions, new products, and events to customers.
  • Build targeted email lists and create visually appealing email templates that drive engagement.
  • Track and analyze email performance metrics to improve future campaigns.
  • Website Management (Preferred):
  • Assist in updating website content to ensure an accurate and current online presence.
