Responsibilities
  • Be a Project Driver: Coordinate meetings, track timelines, and manage deliverables for key marketing projects.
  • Become a Total Expert Pro: Manage our support queue, troubleshoot issues, and train users, making you the authority on our marketing platform.
  • Launch Campaigns: Work with our team and vendors to build and execute automated marketing campaigns that get results.
  • Provide Rockstar Support: Answer questions, solve problems, and offer technical assistance to our team members with a friendly, can-do attitude.
  • Innovate & Improve: Help maintain and create training resources to empower our employees and streamline our processes.
