JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an organized and proactive recent graduate to join our team as a Marketing and Customer Engagement Coordinator. The ideal candidate will support our operations by preparing accurate and timely quotations, maintaining and updating project registers, and acting as the initial point of contact for incoming email enquiries. Additionally, this role involves creating engaging draft content for our social media platforms, regularly updating social media accounts, updating marketing materials, entering information into the CRM system, and managing website updates to ensure accuracy and freshness of content. This position offers development opportunities into a more prominent customer-facing role as the candidate gains experience and skills.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Recent graduate, eager to gain hands-on experience
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with other Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
