ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Marketing & Digital Design Strategist, you will play a key role in enhancing Blair Tech’s digital footprint. From website redesign and SEO optimization to social media strategy and email marketing, you will be responsible for shaping our online presence to drive engagement and business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

✅ Website Management & Design

  • Overhaul and redesign Blair Tech’s website for a modern, user-friendly experience.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
  • Maintain and update web content, ensuring product listings, promotions, and branding stay current.

✅ Social Media Strategy & Content Creation

  • Develop and manage a content calendar for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create engaging, brand-aligned content to boost audience engagement and growth.
  • Monitor trends and analytics to refine content strategy.

✅ Email Marketing & Digital Campaigns

  • Design and execute weekly email marketing campaigns.
  • Create compelling email templates and track campaign performance.
  • Align email efforts with overall marketing objectives and promotional efforts.

✅ Brand & Creative Direction

  • Maintain a consistent and cohesive brand aesthetic across all digital platforms.
  • Design marketing assets, including social media graphics, email visuals, and website banners.
  • Emphasize sustainability, affordability, and reliability in messaging.

✅ Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of website updates, social media engagement, and email marketing.
  • Optimize digital strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing strategies.
