Marketing Leadership You will execute a compelling and consistent brand identity, lead integrated strategies that build trust and support sales, design targeted campaigns, manage agency partners, and drive innovation in customer engagement and market storytelling. Digital Solutions & Customer Adoption You will develop and lead campaigns promoting our digital tools, increase usage of Caterpillar platforms, support customer onboarding, influence sales teams to lift digital uptake, oversee adoption metrics, and lead the Product Support Representatives who directly impact sales performance.
