Description

We are seeking students who are interested in experiencing the process of E-commerce as an E-Commerce Intern for a 5 to 6 month duration at Wipro Consumer Care Singapore. This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing and will collaborate closely with the E-Commerce & Marketing Coordinator.
Get hands-on with daily FMCG ecommerce backend operations: maintaining accurate product catalogs across Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify, updating prices and promos, monitoring stock levels, and processing orders end-to-end from invoice to 3PL handoff and tracking.
You will experience setting up campaign mechanics on marketplaces, reconcile returns/refunds, and coordinate with supply chain to prevent stockouts on fast-moving SKUs. Learn about each platform dashboards, fixing listing errors, syncing inventory, and ensuring promo tags and vouchers display correctly, so launches run smoothly and customers get orders on time.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good to have but not required. Some knowledge of e-commerce experience (internship, part-time, or full-time); hands-on experience with an online store backend is a plus.
  • Good written and spoken English. Chinese language is a plus for Chinese language translation for customer queries and localization of e-commerce banners
  • Comfortable with order management, shipping logistics, and effective online customer service.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work to meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
  • Experience and learn about the daily operations of the online platform stores (Shopify, WooCommerce, Lazada, Shopee, etc.).
  • Learn how to process and fulfill online orders, including invoicing, shipping coordination, and tracking.
  • Manage product uploads and keep the catalogue updated (prices, stock, new listings, promotions).
  • Have a hand in responding promptly and professionally to online customer queries via chat, email, or platform dashboards.
  • Handle issues related to refunds, exchanges, and delivery discrepancies.
  • Work with the E-Commerce & Marketing Coordinator to support campaign launches and ensure backend systems are optimized.
  • Contribute operational support to marketing and e-commerce projects as required.
