Description

The primary responsibility of the Golf Events & Marketing Assistant is to assist the Golf Events Sales and Marketing Department in coordinating event logistics, executing event tasks, communicating with clients to gather event requirements, and preparing event materials. Assist marketing with managing databases, preparing reports, conducting market research, using Canva to create collateral, and developing strategies to promote events. Provide excellent client service during the planning and execution of events.
The ideal candidate has excellent organizational, written, verbal, and public speaking communication skills. This candidate is team-oriented and demonstrates an ability to work productively in individual and group environments.
You’ll contribute to the planning, execution, and promotion of a wide range of events—from small group outings and competitive golf tournaments to large-scale course buyouts to fundraising shotgun events. You’ll also help shape how our club’s brand and experiences are presented online, in print, and in person.
