Beecroft Animal Specialist & Emergency Hospital is Singapore’s leading provider of advanced veterinary care, offering 24/7 emergency and specialist services across disciplines including surgery, internal medicine, cardiology, and diagnostic imaging.
We are seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Marketing and Event Executive to join our communications team. You will be instrumental in shaping Beecroft’s brand narrative through digital content and by supporting the execution of both community public and professional-facing veterinary events.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys storytelling through visuals, managing social media platforms, and coordinating events in a meaningful, animal-focused environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Visual Arts, Media, or a related field.
  • Experience or strong interest in photography, videography, and social media management.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Lightroom, CapCut, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clinical professionals and external partners.
  • Self-driven, with strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for animals and interest in the veterinary or healthcare industry is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to work on weekends when required for events and content capture.
Responsibilities
  • Social Media & Digital Content Management
  • Plan, create, and manage photo and video content across Beecroft’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Write and schedule engaging posts that highlight veterinary cases, hospital milestones, People of Beecroft and Specialist services.
  • Work with clinical teams to translate complex veterinary topics into easy-to-understand digital stories for the public.
  • Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement analytics.
  • Photography & Videography
  • Conduct routine photo and video shoots covering pets, staff, facilities, and procedures.
  • Edit media content for publication using tools such as Canva, Lightroom, CapCut, or equivalent.
  • Maintain and catalogue a media asset library for campaigns, case studies, and event recaps.
  • Event Planning & Execution
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of events, including:
  • Veterinary Continuing Education (CE) sessions and clinical workshops
  • Professional veterinary networking and training events
  • Client appreciation days and public outreach campaigns
  • Awareness events (e.g., World Animal Day, Senior Pet Month)
  • Manage event logistics: registration, setup, vendor liaison, branding materials, A/V needs, and photography.
  • Coordinate media coverage and real-time social content during events.
  • Must be available for occasional weekend work as required.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Administrative Support
  • Work closely with internal departments to gather case materials, content approvals, and campaign inputs.
  • Support the preparation of internal newsletters, external email campaigns, and website content updates.
  • Compile basic reports on campaign performance and event success metrics.
  • Ensure alignment of content and event messaging with Beecroft’s brand standards and clinical focus.
