MARKETING AND EVENTS COORDINATOR
Are you the missing person in our dream team?
This is a rare opportunity for a capable marketeer to make an impact in a unique business and brand, at an exciting time in it’s growth.
You’ll be delivering our Marketing Plan across both the Weddings and Accommodation sides of the business. Reporting directly into the Marketing Director, you’ll be taking ownership and accountability for the successful execution and reporting of all our planned Marketing activity including Social, Online, Email, Print, Fayres and Open Days.
In the Events Coordination side of your role you’ll be managing around 20 Elmbridge Farm weddings a year, taking our Brides and Grooms through our wedding planning process from selling them the venue at venue showaround appointments right through to acting as their on-the-day wedding coordinator. You’ll act as the face of the business and the dedicated contact for our Brides and Grooms.
We’re a business with a horizontal hierarchy. You’ll be reporting directly into the Marketing Director and Managing Director with guidance and support. Everyone in our business has the opportunity to get involved with ideas and new plans and values team spirit. We work hard and play hard with a few fun events throughout the year.

Elmbridge Farm is an idyllic countryside venue in Worcestershire, offering luxury rustic weddings and holiday stays. Our wedding tipis host unique weddings for up to 150 guests from Spring to Autumn. Our year-round accommodation consists of lodges, bell tents and safari tents, sleeping up to 50 people. We strive to create exceptional visits for our guests and have grown from strength to strength in our first four years. We’re an ambitious bunch, passionate about maximising our venue’s potential, with exciting venue developments currently underway.
