Job Title: Marketing and Events Coordinator
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week over 5 days. Must include Saturday, with occasional evening work.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing and Events Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives, event planning, and recruitment campaigns. This role involves developing and delivering marketing strategies, managing events, and collaborating with internal teams to attract both staff and children to our programmes.

PERSON SPECIFICATION / QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in marketing, communications, or event co-ordination.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and marketing tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
    Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week over 5 days. Must include one Saturday, with occasional evening work.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, co-ordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure successful event delivery.
  • Create marketing materials, social media content, and promotional assets.
  • Work with admissions and recruitment teams to plan and execute timely social media campaigns for recruiting staff and enrolling children.
  • Monitor and report on campaign and event performance metrics.
  • Support brand development and maintain consistent messaging across all channels.
