REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCE:

• Proven experience in managing events and marketing projects (portfolio of successful events preferred).
• Fluent English for professional communication with global partners and audiences.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in event management software and marketing tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A flexible, proactive approach with the ability to multitask under deadlines.

• Plan and manage online and offline events, including exhibitions and webinars.
• Create and execute event strategies, timelines, and budgets to deliver successful results.
• Collaborate with vendors, venues, and contractors to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage all event logistics, from participant coordination to on-site operations and post-event reporting.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote events and engage target audiences.
• Lead projects such as merchandise creation (swag, brochures, etc.) and marketing material production.
• Coordinate scanning projects and assist with preparing the Artec products’ release content.
