POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in coordinating omni-channel B2B communications involving the creation and maintenance of marketing materials for ACN’s Independent Business Owners (IBOs) across Australia and New Zealand, to support their growth and development. This includes IBO communications, stakeholder liaising, performance reporting and assistance in event co-ordination.

This role can be divided into four main areas.

  • Content creation
  • Event coordination

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to present comfortably to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Energetic, highly motivated and self-managing.
  • Flexibility to adjust to change in priorities and business direction.
  • Detail orientated, creative and tech-savvy with a can-do attitude.
  • Analytical ability to interpret insights and translate issues into opportunities.
  • Strong multitasking ability and prioritisation skills.
  • Comfortable with marketing platforms and technology such as Zoom, Trello, Vimeo, SMS and Social platforms.
  • Relevant degree(s), diploma or relevant experience in a Business or Marketing discipline.
  • Team player, available to work in the office three days a week.
  • Ability to travel when required.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Head of Marketing develop marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Brief Graphic Designer on project assets including social campaigns, website updates, product training webinars, videos and eDM content.
  • Liaise with Product Team on partner offers and promotions.
  • Coordinate hosting virtual training events and video calls.
  • Content creation, including IBO live updates, promotions, office activities, partner visits and elite women’s events.
  • Attend field meetings once a month on weekends where required (day in lieu provided).
  • Social media and community management.
  • Copywriting for social media, website and email.
  • Champion of the brand and style guidelines.
  • Marketing analytics and monthly reporting (Google, META, ClickSend, Zoom, Pardot).
  • Coordination of customer journeys in CRM (Pardot).
  • Monitor and respond to queries from IBOs in the Comms and Events Support Mailbox.
  • Any ad hoc tasks required by the Head of Product and Customer Experience team.
