This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing and Growth Lead based in United States. This role is focused on driving brand growth through a mix of content strategy, storytelling, and multi-channel marketing execution. You will own the creation and distribution of compelling marketing materials that strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and demand generation. The position blends strategic thinking with hands-on content production, spanning newsletters, blogs, social media, and video initiatives. You will play a key role in shaping how the brand communicates its value proposition across audiences and channels. The role also involves developing SEO-driven content strategies to increase visibility and organic traffic. This is a highly cross-functional, fast-paced environment ideal for a creative marketer who thrives in execution and experimentation. \n Accountabilities: Develop, manage, and optimize a product newsletter strategy to deliver engaging and informative updates to target audiences. Create and oversee marketing materials that clearly communicate brand messaging and value proposition across multiple channels. Plan, write, and manage SEO-optimized blog content to drive organic traffic and improve search visibility. Manage social media content strategy and execution, fostering engagement and strengthening community presence. Ensure consistency in all outgoing communications, maintaining a unified and coherent brand voice. Develop compelling case studies that highlight product impact, customer success, and business outcomes. Lead the creation and execution of a “Revenue Cycle Management” video series, from concept development to production and distribution. Requirements: 3–7+ years of experience in marketing, communications, content creation, or a related field. Strong storytelling skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Hands-on experience with content management systems and SEO best practices. Proven ability to manage social media strategy, content calendars, and audience engagement. Experience in video content creation or editing is a strong plus. Familiarity with Revenue Cycle Management or ability to quickly learn complex industry topics. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
