We are Zonouz Design Studio, a luxury-focused architecture, construction, and interior design firm based in Newport Beach. We create high-end, modern, and bespoke projects, and we are looking for a dedicated, full-time in-house Marketing & Media Specialist to join our team.
This is not an agency role — we are seeking a talented individual who will become an integral part of our studio and take ownership of all marketing and branding efforts.

REQUIREMENTS

• Full-time availability (on-site, Newport Beach office)
• Proven marketing experience in luxury real estate, architecture, design, or construction
• Strong portfolio of video production, social media campaigns, and digital content
• Proficiency with SEO, paid advertising platforms, and social media management tools
• Creative mindset with an eye for modern, minimalist, luxury branding
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver measurable results

• Develop and manage social media strategy (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Create short videos, reels, drone shots, and photo content showcasing our projects
• Plan and execute social media campaigns & paid advertisements targeting high-value clients
• Manage and optimize SEO & website performance
• Oversee brand-building initiatives to position us in the luxury, high-end market
• Generate consistent quality leads for architectural and construction projects
• Collaborate with leadership to align marketing strategy with company growth goals
