EMC Homes is seeking a creative and driven Marketing and Online Sales Coordinator to lead our marketing efforts, manage our social media presence, and serve as the key connection between our digital marketing agency and sales team. This role is central to driving qualified leads, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting successful community launches.

• Serve as the day-to-day liaison with our digital marketing agency to align strategy and monitor campaign performance
• Manage EMC Homes’ social media accounts with consistent, brand-aligned content
• Support marketing efforts for new community launches, signage, events, and promotions
• Vet all incoming leads and distribute them to the appropriate onsite agents
• Respond to and nurture online leads with a focus on converting interest into appointments
• Ensure home listings are accurate and consistently updated across platforms
• Maintain CRM systems and provide weekly reporting on lead activity and conversions
• Monitor website performance and digital ad effectiveness to help guide campaign adjustments
